This beautiful flush mount cleat is very popular on newer boats and is an easy upgrade because it only requires 2 mounting holes. It is cast 316 Stainless Steel, has a very bright polished surface, and fits very flush into its base (only 1/2" tall when closed)... no more toe grabbers! It is easy to grip to lift, just push down to recess. The narrow design (many pull-up cleats are much wider) helps it fit in tight spaces. Installation is easy with two stainless nuts and washers (included). Used by many builders including Regal Boats and Ranger Tugs!
