Refund policy

At Replacement Boat Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, you must first obtain prior return authorization approval. To obtain authorization approval, please contact our customer service team at 813.741.3988 or email info@replacementboatparts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

For international orders, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Any duties, taxes, shipping costs, forwarding costs, etc., will also be the responsibility of the customer. For international orders and returns, please contact us at info@replacementboatparts.com for return authorization.

Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost to you. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to obtain a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Items that are shown as delivered through the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc...) are no longer the responsibility of Replacement Boat Parts. Any items stolen or lost after delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Outbound shipping cost will not be refunded on orders that are submitted for return. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for return shipping of the item.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective goods. If you're returning a product that is not defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
