Shipping policy
At Replacement Boat Parts, we understand the importance of timely shipping and delivery of your boat parts. Here is our shipping policy:

Handling Time: Items that are in stock will have a handling time of 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package. Next Day Air or Priority orders that are received after 11am can not be guaranteed to ship out the day of. For questions on same day shipping please email or call us for confirmation.

Out of Stock Items: Items that are out of stock will be shipped in accordance with our manufacturer's shipping schedules. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date as soon as we receive this information from the manufacturer.

Custom Orders: Custom orders will be subject to sourcing and shipping dates. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date as soon as we receive this information from our suppliers.

Shipping Methods: We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS. We offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping options for an additional cost. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We may elect to use a lower shipping level based on estimated delivery dates and cost. An example, USPS Priority shipping is selected on the order with a delivery date of September 5, 2023 but USPS Parcel Select Service has a delivery date of September 3, 2023, we will choose USPS Parcel Select Service. We may switch carriers based on shipping cost and delivery dates.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. For international returns, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Any duties, taxes, shipping costs, forwarding costs, etc., will also be the responsibility of the customer. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days. International shipping can take up to 14 business days.

Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
