This 5" cleat is molded of high impact nylon with an Izod impact rating of 4.1. It has a horizontal tensile strength of 14,000 lbs. and maintains its strength in cold weather. They are UV resistant and designed to accept up to 3/8" lines. The mounting base allows you to run 2 bolts through the center holes adding to the strength. Ideal for docks.
