This versatile black louvered impact vent has a slightly convex grill with angled louvers to help keep rain out. It is easy to install, just drill a 1-3/8" hole and pop it in with a little sealant (not included). The impact barbs grab the edges of the hole so no fasteners are needed. The 1" opening allows air in to ventilate lockers, under seats, cabinets, anywhere you want to help prevent mildew. Used by boat builders to vent battery compartments, too.
