This white plastic thru hull scupper has a recessed black internal flapper to keep water from back-flowing. The long threads allow this commercial boat scupper to pass through thicker transoms and the hose barbs fit 1-1/2" I.D marine hose. Mounting nut included. Also includes a 5/8" thick black spacer for surface mount installations.
