Want to add a grab handle but don't want to create a toe grabber?
This beautiful polished stainless-steel grab bar handle sits flush in the deck until you pull it up. Then it becomes a full-sized grab handle that will make you and your guests feel safe & secure. Solid cast 316 stainless is only 5/16" tall when closed, 2" tall when open, and is rated for 400 lbs. (not for towing or mooring)
You will need to route or cut an oblong hole (7-1/4" long x 1-3/4" wide x 1/2" deep) to allow for the handle to recess. Then drill 2 ea. 1/2" holes for the mounting studs (lock nuts and washers included). The result is a beautiful, highly polished stainless handle that is there when you need it, gone when you don't!
