This boat deck drain has been used by boat builders for many years to provide complete drainage and prevent water from back-flowing into the cockpit.
The fitting and nut are molded of high impact nylon, the flange and screen are white plastic and thread on to the fitting from above.
Very flush screen has a flexible rubber flapper that allows complete drainage while stopping back-flow.
100 degree angled elbow drains better and hose barb fits 1-1/2" marine sanitation hose.

The screen has been improved to meet ABYC drainage guidelines. Your drain will come with the New screen pictured below
Dimensions:
Flange is 2.85" in diameter.
Extends about 3-3/4" below the top of the deck.
Installs in a 2" to 2-1/8" hole.
