• The 1″ short MPT thread with about ¾″ of taper allows safe seating all the way into fittings—ensuring a watertight seal essential for waste tank connections or hose run-offs.

• The 100º angled design helps minimize water retention, so runoff is more complete, reducing the risk of odor or buildup.

• Fabricated from ST‑801 nylon (used in Marine East’s male nylon hose barb fittings) known for resisting electrolysis and marine stress.
