4-1-2" Flush Cleat

This beautiful flush mount cleat is very popular on newer boats and is an easy upgrade because it only needs 2 mounting holes (if you can get to the backing nuts).  It is cast 316 Stainless Steel, has a very bright polished surface, and fits very flush into its base (only 1/2" tall when closed)... no more toe grabbers!  It is easy to grip to lift, just push down to recess.  The narrow design (many pull-up cleats are much wider) helps it fit in tight spaces.  Installation is easy with two stainless nuts, washers, and lock washers (included).
