Stainless steel 3" hatch lift pin features a 1.25" diameter very low profile head with rubber grommet to protect gelcoat and eliminate rattling.  1/4" rod is 3" long and is spin welded to the head for extra lifting strength.  Washer and retaining split ring install easily.
