When folded closed, it is less than an inch thick.  Expandable arms open to securely hold beverages of almost any size!  Stainless steel springs for a secure hold.  Easy to mount with 4 screws (not included). 

 

Closed dimensions are 3-3/4" wide x 4" tall x 7/8" thick.
