Versatile flush tie down can be used anywhere equipment needs to be secured to a boat deck, personal watercraft, dock, or home patio deck.  Top is cast stainless steel, sealing cup underneath is chrome plated plastic for a beautiful and durable finished appearance.  Top is flush, only 1/4" above the mounting surface to avoid stubbed toes and cup only extends 1" below mounting surface.  Installation:  drill a 1-1/2" hole, place cup under top plate (add sealant if desired), then fasten down the top plate with four #8 screws (not included).  Dimensions: 2" W x 2" L x 1" D.
